Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A written refund request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date

  • The consultancy service has not yet been delivered or substantially fulfilled

  • Refunds are not applicable once a project or consultation has begun, unless we fail to deliver agreed outcomes

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed or partially completed consultancy sessions

  • Work already undertaken as part of a retainer agreement or fixed-fee project

  • Digital reports or strategy documents that have been delivered

Refund Process

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Service description and payment reference

  • Reason for your refund request

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and outcomes will be confirmed by email.

Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
